This place is located in a mostly residential area, away from the tourist crowds and noise. the room was spacious with a kitchen. The pools were wonderful. There are several restaurants nearby with great food and service. We had a rental car which was useful to get around the island although driving around the island is an adventure in itself.

Room was fully air conditioned which is rare on the island (usually just the bedrooms), a big plus. Clean and roomy. Pleasant staff. Not as luxurious as the photos depict. No elevator, tricky staircase, beware if you have disabilities. Because of holiday, the on site restaurant was closed for entire stay. Fridge broke down on day two. Oven door was missing, appears to have melted off! Overall it served our needs well enough.

We need a place with enough space for our family of four, but many accommodations we usually consider were fully booked. We typically stay at Mount Cinnamon or a villa. While Mandela offers some peace, we would never stay there again due to several issues: - **Wi-Fi Problems**: The internet connection was very unreliable, and we received little explanation. - **Leaking Ceilings**: Both bathrooms had leaking ceilings. - **Pest Issues**: We encountered a significant bug problem, and there was no follow-up from management. - **Inadequate Supplies**: Towels and toiletries were not replenished without us asking. - **Security Concerns**: The main door to the property did not lock properly, and even when it did, we couldn't access the property with the provided code. This meant that anyone could walk in, although the area is generally safe. Overall, it was a challenging 10-day stay, despite the property being in a calm area. I seriously considered leaving. Pool view level.

The customer service and communication was excellent. My flight was delayed and the property contacted me and ensured that my dinner was ready when I got there. Storage space and hangers for 6 days of clothes, yet if you bring less there's a washer and dryer in rooms. Room had plenty of space. Wife had trouble with the lack of hotwater for showers, especially evenings. Our room didn't have walk-in shower separate from tub. No television with your personal smarttv apps, but staff helpful. If you're not a good walker getting to beach would be trouble. Swimming pool is two nice. Hotels non-accessible for handicap. Restaurant was closed for our stay. Because of staff helpfulness we would think about staying again some years later.

My stay at Mandela Courts was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed. The highlight for me was the pool area—three different pools, so everyone, from kids to adults and even non-swimmers like my friend, could enjoy. If you love nature, this is definitely the spot for you. The garden is beautiful, and for content creators, there are plenty of great spots to capture stunning photos and videos. The gym was a nice bonus, and everything was well-maintained. The staff was also very helpful, and the location was easy to find. I celebrated my birthday there, and they really went the extra mile—I walked in to find my bed beautifully decorated with flowers and a thoughtful gift. It was such a nice surprise! I highly recommend Mandela Courts and will definitely be back.

I want to be honest about my two-night stay. Since I was there for such a short time, I honestly did not get to fully enjoy everything the place had to offer, so I cannot say too much. Overall, I really do not have any major complaints. I understand this is an island, and I know things can be more difficult to maintain, so I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. The water was not hot; it was more like room temperature. One night we arrived around 12:00 AM, and I took a shower that was so cold I could barely stay in it, haha. Still, it did not ruin the experience at all. If anything, it is just one of those little things people laugh about later and eventually forget. The refrigerator was fine and quite clean, although the shelves were a little worn or damaged. The kitchen overall was good, but it could use a bit more attention. Some of the controls, knobs, and surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and appliances in general could have been cleaner. There was also low water pressure in the shower and sink, which was surprising because the bathtub had the opposite situation. Other than that, everything was very good for me. I would definitely come back to this place without hesitation. The things I mentioned are not meant to damage the image of the property at all; I just wanted to be as honest as possible. One more thing: for those of us coming from the U.S., having air conditioning is definitely a huge plus.
