Disappointed this stay. Food items and selections have been slashed, most TV channels in room don’t work, breakfast side items cold, service slow, watered down soap and shampoo in shower. It’s on the best beach in Grenada but the hotel itself has gone downhill under poor management.

Check in and check out rep (same person I believe his name was Demetri) was AMAZING! Rooms were good, bathroom needs upgrade (showers). Restaurant was a little pricey, but the complementary breakfast was great maybe switching up some stuff throughout the week. Room service was good cleaning always happened but should at least change sheets once in a week. Property and grounds were well kept!!

Showed up and they had booked away my paid up rooms cause I did not check in the first day dispite the rooms fully paid up for . Expedia charged me for the full days upfront and they can’t reimburse me . I’m going to the consumer council of Canada and say my story . I paid Expedia and they can’t reimburse me . Why did Expedia pay up Raddison when they knew I did not stay at the hotel ?

Exceptional Stay at Radisson! I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at the Radisson. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting with a smile and regularly checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness truly made me feel welcomed and cared for. The property itself is in pristine condition—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and clearly managed with a high standard of excellence. I was also very impressed by the 24/7 security presence throughout the property, which gave me great peace of mind. The service was top-notch. Any time I needed assistance, the staff were quick to help and always courteous. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the location is ideal—central to everything and very convenient. On-the-spot taxi service made getting around effortless. I genuinely loved my stay and would highly recommend Radisson to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

Staff seemed to be short staffed so they were overwhelmed. Some gave attitude both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Had to wait really long for food. Would ask for something from one server and they would forget you and you would have to ask another server. Drink only came after reminding them 3 times and it came when we nearly finished the meal. Got the wrong bill and server just dropped the bill with attitude.

The location both in terms of access to beach and surrounding areas is excellent. The large pool was great but the sunset pool was still under construction despite being advertised as being available during my stay. My party used two rooms and the WiFi was atrocious in both which is ridiculous in 2025. The property itself was not the cleanest with bags of trash from housekeeping being left around and spills etc visible along the corridors. The rooms themselves were clean and they did have nice perks like a built in clothes line in the bathroom and hooks on the patio to hang clothing to dry.

Breakfast really good, a little monotonous after 7 days. However the breakfast team really great, nothing for much for them. Food outside of breakfast was poor quality and expensive. Majority of staff friendly and helpful, few staff members let the whole crew down. Check in staff lack training and supervision and knowledge. This needs to be addressed asap. Overall the hotel is in a great location. There were lots of renovations going on, so some facilities were unavailable. I will return, hopefully some of the issues mentioned be resolved.

This property is BEAUTIFUL!! Ambience as well as staff. Every staff member I encountered during my week long stay were all very polite. I would absolutely stay here again!
