The property is very nice and clean. Staff service is a bit inconsistent — some are super friendly and efficient, while others are quite slow, making it feel like they’re not in a hurry to help. No one was rude, but at times it took a long while to get a drink or be served. The food is not great, but not terrible either. You won’t go hungry, though the variety is quite limited. The French restaurant, Italian restaurant, and lunch buffet were the best options. The coffee shop staff stood out — always welcoming with big smiles. Tip: make sure to bring bug spray with you.

I really enjoyed the spot of the reservation as it was right next to the airport and there were taxes right outside that would take you places. It was safe and clean. I had a great time there, the only issue was the buffet food was not that great but it is all inclusive. The staff were extremely nice! I would go again.

Right next to the airport. Bumpy ride to get into town. Need more food options. Barista staff were new and all drinks tasted the same. Check in took nearly two hours. Only 1 buggy to get around from main building to the diamond club.

Whole experience was terrible. We had to wait forever just to be checked in because the room was being cleaned for hours. I spoke to guest service and explained it was my birthday week and they said they decorate the door and do balloons and I never received that on my birthday. Everyone we went to the dining area to eat we had to hunt someone down just to order drinks and get water. My room smelled like a sewer. Due to the inconvenience I was allowed to check out at 1 however the day of checkout they called me to let me know it was 12. I had to go to first services again to explain that I was told it was 1. Then when time to leave I called 3 times to have my bags moved to the front, and waited about an hour and a half and no one ever showed up. I ended up having to bring my bags there myself. Every time I bring up an issue the staff looked at me with an attitude as if I did something wrong. This was the worst birthday stay ever.

I was there to celebrate my significant other's birthday. We were not told that we had to make servation for dinner before 4pm, so we did not get to have dinner. We checked in for 3pm, took almost an hour before we got our room. Ordered room service, when it came no cutleries, called backed room service to unform them and we're told someone would bring them. No one showed up, so we ate with our hands. We asked to restock the mini bar no one came. We had some cheese cake as well which was spoiled. We also had housekeeping walking in on us without knocking to know if the room was occupied. Overall the experience was just a mess. I don't I will ever stay at this resort again.

Water: They did not replenish the water bottles in the room, despite promising to fully restock the minibar every day. It was very hot during our stay so we drank a lot of water. After multiple complaints, Management promised it would be done, but it never was. Bottled water cost $8 US in the gift shop Restaurant: understaffed, long lines to be seated, we had to hunt for dishes in the buffet many times, and waitresses often ignored the guests while doing trivial other tasks in the dining room instead of serving drinks, etc. Tables lacked salt and pepper shakers and often napkins.

Terrible stay. Hotel was overbooked and we waiting hourssss after check in to receive rooms. My friends got their rooms three hours after check in and after extending stay, which I was told was an upgrade, I was told I needed to check out and wait for new room check in at 3pm. Didn’t receive a room until 730pm. New “upgraded” room had a view much worse than my first room but was all they had available. Ridiculously inconvenient and can’t enjoy excursions or relax with no room to shower or book anything without having a room number. Would never stay here again.
