Apartment was in an amazing location with beautiful views of the ocean surrounding gardens were beautiful overall I would definitely recommend to everyone the secret garden with a secret gate to pathway down to the beautiful golden sandy beach Apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed oven microwave Air Fryer washing machine fridge and freezer kettle toaster All cooking utensils you need would highly recommend to stay Will definitely be back again and the coastal path to St Ives absolutely stunning views along the way absolutely beautiful so sad I had to go home x

Really lovely apartment with a beautiful seaview. Superclean, comfortable and bright modern decor. The only minor gripe is the last VERY steep hill down to the property. But that can't be helped given the location.

Apartment was lovely . Everything you need. It is so comfortable and loved reading on the balcony with the beautiful view. Location was very hilly but train station was 5 minutes walk away which was ideal for us bring over 60. Path straight down to beach and to costal path where you could walk into St ives Harbour in 20 minutes.

Apartment like a show room .

We loved everything about the property. It was like living in a show apartment. It had everything we needed plus spectacular views. As we are in our 70s the extremely steep hills were challenging but we managed to get up and down them slowly.

This property is 10 out of 10. Very well presented. Clean and bright. Perfectly well equipped with all that was required for a weeks holiday. Perfectly situated, we only went out in the car once. Public transport (trains and buses) only a 5 minute walk away. Will recommend to friends and family. Would easily return. It’s a little gem.

Great place, stunning views!

We stayed here for a week. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The area is quiet, with easy access to the gorgeous Carbis Bay. There are coastal walks and great transport links - we barely used the car! I would highly recommend staying here - we'll be back at some point!

Wonderful views and great apartment

This apartment is lovely, everything you need, impeccably clean and so relaxing taking in the fabulous views of Carbis Bay We were a bit daunted by the steep drive but none of us had any problems The walk to the beach and train is short and a bit steep for the unfit like me!! But the train is so handy for St Ives or Penzance

Fantastic Property, recommended

Lovely modern well presented property, in quiet location ideal for Carbis bay beach or a stroll into St.Ives. Great views from the balcony across the gardens to the bay. Although the train line is close by this did not bother us at all. We would very much like to return again and would recommend the property.

Stunning views

The property was exactly as described and was well equipped with everything you would need. The weather wasn’t great but the views from the sofa brightened the day. We loved having a beach close by and the walk is nice if it’s not raining. The apartment was spotless and we couldn’t find fault with anything. We had a great time and even managed to get out on a boat trip to see the seals. After a tiring day there was nothing better than going to bed and listening to the sound of the waves. Hope to return soon. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Ideal getaway location

A well appointed property ideal for a couple to getaway and relax. A short walk to Carbis bay train station (approx £2 return to St Ives) and pleasant walks on the costal paths (boots req) all in all an excellent location to explore this area of Cornwall.

A windy week in Cornwall

Lowena was the perfect gateway for us . We enjoyed the proximity to public transport, the short walk to Carbis beach ( we don’t mind hills) and relaxing stroll into St Ives. There is a large Tesco up the hill for kitchen basics( nothing provided in the flat) . Beautiful outlook , comfortable and quiet flat .

The flat was clean efficient and comfortable. Very convenient for Carbis Bay beach and a good quick train line to St Ives. Beware the hill if your are elderly but manageable ..

Lovely week in Carbis Bay

This property was ideal for our purposes. It was very clean, with fresh decor, comfortable beds and all the equipment we required. It was still quite cool in March but once heated up the room heaters kept the flat warm and the over bath shower was hot with good pressure. The beautiful view over the bay and the railway track was a delight. The walk into St Ives along the coast path takes about 30 mins and is very pleasant. Equally fun is the short £1 train ride between Carbis Bay and St Ives. Otherwise you really need the car to get from the apartment to local shops, pubs etc as it is a long,steep walk up the hill. Loads to see and do in the area esp if the weather is kind. We had a lovely week, and would be happy to return to the area and the property.

Godrevy Court Apartment

Generally very good, we had few minor issues. One of us found the 'severe' drive more frightening than severe. There are too many lights visible from the bedroom at night if you like a dark bedroom. The shower was not up to the standard of the rest of the apartment. Overall we enjoyed our weeks' stay in December, it's a short walk to St Ives. A regular train is also available with the station a few minutes walk away. We would consider staying again, the apartment was warm , cosy and well appointed.
