Five minutes from the bustling center of Cruz Bay, you will find a secluded, landscaped retreat in Contant Farm called Argonauta. With 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, you will wake up each morning to spectacular ocean views.
Have your coffee on the wrap around deck, sporting a 270 degree panorama of the Caribbean Sea. Then head to St John's famous North Shore beaches, just 15 minutes away. Finish the day playing in Argonauta's plunge pool or having a fun cocktail at the fully equipped pool bar. As the day ends, head to the hot tub to soak and watch the glorious Argonauta sunsets. When you are ready for dinner, make use of a well-equipped full chef's kitchen or head down to Cruz Bay. Despite Argonauta's privacy, you're just a short drive from the town center.
Argonauta has two king dbedroom suites in the main house. The lower main house bedroom is large enough to accommodate an additional crib or air mattress for littler guests. Its bathroom has a full outdoor shower enclosed in a screened stone grotto. The upper main house bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and has its own bathroom with shower. In addition to the bedroom, it has an office nook with a mahogany desk facing the sea.
Two more king bedrooms are found in the adjacent guest house, each with magnificent views, stone showers and hammocks to soothe your soul. The fifth king bedroom with en suite bathroom is tucked away off the pool deck and contains a LifeFitness Elliptical trainer and desk.
As for dining al fresco, there is a wrap -around deck on the west side of the main house. It's a great spot for dining and viewing sunsets, or watching ships large and small glide towards St Thomas and its glittering lights in the distance.
Argonauta should be called Argonauta 2.0. It suffered massive damage from the 2017 hurricanes, and has been completely rebuilt by master builder Jonathan Doran. All its decks, fixtures and amenities are new and state of the art, from a new chef's kitchen with wine refrigerator, all new Mitsubishi air-conditioners throughout, to a completely rebuilt pool deck, with bar, pool and hot tub. For entertainment, if you wish to take a break from star gazing to stream a movie, a professional grade internet system reaches every room in the house as well as the decks. Or everyone can gather in the Great Room and watch together on the 50 inch smart TV.
Happily, one thing has not changed. The view, enjoyed by so many guests over the years, could not be destroyed by the storms, and remains as breathtaking as ever.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Maximum 10 guests. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee.
