Very nice kitchen and bedrooms. The driveway was interesting, but the view was fabulous. You are not far from the grocery stores in Coral Bay. Hanson beach on the east end is not far, and Salt Pond just beyond Coral Bay is not far. The only draw back to the house were the goats and the bed mattresses which needed to be replaced. We had a great stay and Paul was a great host.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so hard to leave. The pool was lovely and enjoyed by our 3 kids and the views were simply amazing - we saw so many rainbows! Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. One thing I never even considered when booking was a generator, and luckily this property had one because we experienced multiple power outages during the week, one lasting over 40 hours. However, we didn't even notice because the generator did such an amazing job. The breezes through the house are amazing and we hardly ran the air conditioners in the bedrooms. Paul was also very helpful with tips and tricks for the island. My family of 5 will definitely be back.

The million dollar views did not disappoint and the villa is exactly as listed. The pool area is wonderful and the villa’s kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and private. The trade winds in March were strong and kept the living area comfortable and the AC worked well in the bedrooms. We loved the location in Coral Bay above Skinny Legs with breathtaking views of Coral Bay and Hurricane Hole. It is close to the North Shore Beaches, Coral Bay restaurants and the East End. When we return to St John we will definitely choose Seagrape Estate again.

We had a wonderful time at this extraordinary home. The views of Coral Bay from the wrap around deck as well as from the private pool are spectacular - the pictures as good as they are don't do it justice! The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. Having a washer and dryer are a big plus when you're in the water every day. Paul, the manager, met us and had some tips for local restaurants - as well as markets where we bought fresh tuna that we grilled and enjoyed looking out onto the Bay. Splendid!

What a great place. Love the deep, wrap around deck...day and at night for stargazing. Really nice pool, comfy king sized beds, spacious bathrooms with good showers/water pressure. Loved the cross breezes that blew through several sliders and the quiet nights. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly, helpful host.

It was an amazing experience! The views from the house were incredible. The wrap around deck afforded at least 270 views of coral bay. We met my daughter and son-in-law there and it was a great house. Both couples had privacy- yet there was a spacious kitchen and living room where we would have meals and also play games. Paul was the perfect host. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful getaway!

Paul was a great host and we loved the location, the great pool, and the amazing views just don’t get old. Sunrises are the absolute best here! Sebastian the cat was a friendly ambassador always there to greet us, along with baby goats, donkeys, and the constant good vibes that flow throughout the island.

This was a great house with privacy, comfortable beds, and a large kitchen. Perfect for a group of four. Huge deck area, and all the amenities. Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property!

What a magical vacation for our family of 5! The house location is a little tricky at first, but definitely manageable. The house has absolutely everything we needed, including plenty of beach chairs and an ice chest for beach days. Sebastian, the cat, joined me for morning coffee most days and is the sweetest kitty. Paul was incredibly helpful with island information and tips and was available when needed. We look forward to coming back!

Amazing Place!!!!
We had a fantastic time staying at the house! It is definitely off the beaten path if you’re looking to get out of the touristy area. But still have easy access to all the beautiful beaches. I highly recommend it!!! Paul the manager was fantastic. He assisted us with all of our needs and gave us great recommendations. I highly recommend having a 4 x 4 to get to this property We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Paul!!!

Fantastic Find
Our family of four rented this home for a week and we appreciated the location, views, well equipped kitchen, and pool more and more every day. The house is perfectly located for access to the north shore beaches, east end explorations, and the restaurants and shops of Coral Bay. Communication with the hosts and the property manager Paul was perfect from before I booked through check out. Their neighbor Max was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The hill to the house seemed daunting the first couple times we drove it but we quickly got used to the switchbacks. The house has plenty of bath and pool/beach towels as well as beach chairs, noodles, snorkeling gear, and more. We never accessed the small casita next to the pool but if you plan to use it for additional guests, know that the occupants will need to navigate a steep driveway and a long staircase so it might not be the best for those with limited mobility/balance. Highly recommend booking a boat from Coral Bay as the dock is just moments from the house. The Calabash Market is a hidden gem for seasoned fresh fish and homemade hummus. Skinnylegs is an institution but the newer restaurants in Coral Bay did not disappoint.Thanks for a wonderful week!

World class view
To wake up every day to that view on that island was inspiring. We had an amazing trip close to all the great beaches. Being in the island we always got a parking spot. After the beach, coming back to the house was just a continuation of the fun. The driving is challenging but it really does get easier. To quote My mother.in-law “I will never again stay at a place with a more perfect view.

The Perfect Stay
This was the perfect villa for us to unplug and enjoy the beautiful island of St John. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of the island, but still close enough to get anywhere we wanted to go. Paul, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. We appreciated having some snorkel gear and chairs and cooler for the beach. This property did not disappoint!

Island Bliss
We had the most incredible Island vacation. The panoramic views are even better in person. The house was a laid-back beachy island vibe. To be clear, this is a Coral Bay Island home, not the Ritz, but that’s everything we loved about it. There is no air conditioning in the main living area, which was not a problem at all. We opened up the doors and let the breeze come in and enjoyed the air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found the beds to be very comfortable and I slept great the entire time. We ate breakfast, looking out over the water and swam in the afternoon taking in the views. You absolutely need four-wheel-drive to get up to the house but it is in close proximity to everything in Coral Bay. It takes about 25 minutes to Cruz Bay. We much preferred staying in Coral Bay. It was exactly what we were looking for. Much quieter with a local feel. Greg was probably the kindest and most intentional host we’ve ever encountered. We had, unfortunately, gotten a flat tire on our rental car and he immediately came to help us change it. Nothing was too much. We would definitely love to come back one day. The one thing I would say to be aware of is that it’s very expensive on the island so we picked up our car from the airport and bought groceries on St. Thomas and brought them over. We were so glad we did. Thanks so much for a dream vacation.

Coral bay
The location was perfect, about a half hour drive from the ferry, but there was a grocery store, restaurants and shops right at the end of the driveway. The pool was perfect and the bedrooms were much bigger than the pictures showed. The bathrooms were very large as well. We used the pool house for extra guests and it was perfect. Definitely need to rent a car, as with the entire island, the driveway is very hilly and has many turns. Paul was easy to communicate with and we got to chat with him a few times on property as well as his cat, Sebastian. There were goats and chickens who came to visit and donkeys down the road. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and look forward to staying here again.
