We booked this room because we had a family of four and we wanted the extra space. However, the pullout bed is very uncomfortable, and we had to ask the front desk for extra padded mattress covers to raise the level of comfort for our kids to sleep on it. As well, the bathroom sink leaked from the hose, so the floor was wet. We like these types of rooms because of the space, but the only one left was accessible. This, as it turns out, is located on the same wing as the pet friendly rooms. Because of that, we were bookended by rooms each with two dogs in it. I won’t be choosing that type of room ever again.

The room was not in good condition. We found the beds to not Be comfortable at all. There was no window blinds for privacy or to blow out the early morning sun. The shears were ripped. Would love a refund or a discount actually. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. We had an older room. However these issues could have been easily fixed without doing a complete overhaul.

Stay was ok, parking lot was a complete nightmare... snowed in vehicles, barely any vacant parking spots. We had to park on the Side of the building, which was fine if the side door was functioning properly. We did manage to go out through this door but not in. the steps there where completely covered in ice and major safety issue...and the front entrance as well. this was brought to the front desk staff, and when we left later for errands it was not salted. And again at check out I slipped in the front entrance because nothing had been salted.
