Food was not the greatest so the fact that there are no other restaurants nearby is a bit inconvenient. The staff at the hotel is really wonderful tho, couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Rooms are nice but again, it's the staff that makes the place lovely!

When you enter the property right away you knew you were in for a gyreat treat. The staff at the front greeted and welcomed me. I checked in and reciebed help taking my bags to the room. The room was large and nicely decoreted. Staff in all departments were The moment I entered the property, I knew I was in for a great treat. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and I received assistance with taking my bags to my room. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff in every department were pleasant and helpful, making the entire stay a wonderful experience. I would gladly return.

It was such a great experience at the Hodge Bay Resorts. The staff is just amazing, and the service is excellent. There are tons of spaces and a great location. The resort is on the ocean, and the view is breathtaking. You can take a boat ride to Prickly Pearl Island and enjoy many other activities. It is family-friendly, so everyone can enjoy it.

The property is beautiful and very well kept. It is extremely quiet and relaxing. The private island Prickly Pear was a little disappointing, not much to it. I didn’t really care for the white sands restaurant staff. I feel like they were not very attentive (the daytime staff). Also watch the menu switcharoo, they try and charge more on the bill than the listed price on the menu. The front desk people were very nice and the cleaning people were on point. The food is good but very very very expensive. This hotel is close to nothing in walking distance so if you plan to explore the island get a rental car. The stay overall was good, but the hidden fees and overcharging for every little thing was pretty ridiculous. For some good food close by is a hidden little gem Called Canvas. It is a $10 5 minute cab ride there and the food is delicious. This resort is beautiful, my reason for the 8 out of ten is solely because of some of the restaurant staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. During this two-day period, the attention and interest at the hotel was nice. There were enough employees. I found their breakfast a bit inadequate.

Very nice resort, beach is lovely and. The views are great. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the staff down at the Drift bar. Marvelous and Delvin were both amazing. The spa services were also incredible.

Only stay if you like to be stolen from

Just like the taxi drivers in Antigua, the people working here will try to con and cheat you out of your money. Several times I had to correct bills they handed me with an extra charge snuck in. The receptionist even lied & told me I needed to pay for the room again even though I had fully paid on hotels.com. Had to spend a long time going back and forth with her. Food is mediocre. Breakfast is terrible and overpriced. Dinner is ok but overpriced. Even the fries aren’t tasty. It’s not worth the price

I had an amazing time at Hodges Bay. From when I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Jaheim (I hope I got his name right). He offered me and my guest a beverage and a cool towel since it was very hot outside. We were then given a tour of the grounds by Javid and Jamar and then quickly taken to our rooms, allowing us to unwind and relax. Throughout our stay, both Javid and Jamar were very helpful even assisting us with excursions off the property. The property itself was very lovely. Clean and beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for a better ocean front resort. The beds were comfortable and once I figured out how to get the shower water to a hot temperature, I was at ease. We never had to ask them to clean our space or ask for extra towels. The room was always well equipped with what we needed. I cannot forget to mention that upon our arrival to the room, they had fresh fruits and brownies waiting for us. The beach was beautiful and we had no issues with seaweed. Access to Prickly Pear was a bonus and I cannot put into words how beautiful the scenery was. Jean-Marie was a dear! She set up travel arrangements for Barbuda. She made sure we had a taxi to and from. Anything that we needed, she made happen and it never seemed like we were asking for too much. Tanika, Anastasia, and Tango were also amazing at the bar! Drinks were strong and delicious and the food even better. The pools, the spa… Omg the spa! Everything was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. You won’t regret it.
