This 1 bedroom apartment was fully renovated in Fall 2021. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.

-Easy access as there is just one step to get into the space from the street
-The open concept space allows you to watch Bell Fibre TV while cozied next to the fire place or from the kitchen

This well appointed property is in an excellent downton location, walkable to shops, restaurants, pubs, the harbour and tourist attractions. Host communication is excellent, he was very responsive and worked hard to solve an issue we had. The issue we had is the lack of sound barrier in the stairway and upstairs property as the upstairs tenant often came to life from 3:30am-5:30 or 7am (a herd of elephants in the unit above and running up and down the stairway repeatedly is an analogy that comes to mind), waking us up and keeping us awake. Sadly, we would not return to this property for thsi reason.

It was beyond a dream staying in a JellyBean row house, I would recommend it to anyone. I was right in the middle of St John’s. So close to the Rooms and all the food places I wanted to try. It was recently redone, so it’s modern and clean. Everything worked amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place for our few days of exploration! Easy to walk around downtown as everything is close by. Heads up though, as it is the main floor (of a house), upstairs noise travels well (for those light sleepers and or kiddos)

Overall, good location. There was a mixup with parking pass but it was resolved by next morning. The small patio and chairs at back were not useable. Too dirty. Place is decorated cute. Could use a thorough cleaning of cobwebs, shower resealed. As the sign inside the first door tells you the walls are thin. You hear everything from your neighbours in the building. Otherwise, for the price it was good.

Very nice and conveniently-located place to stay in downtown St. John’s. Clean; comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen - although we didn’t do any cooking, for a change. Supplied coffee always a blessing though! Easy to walk or drive to main attractions ‘round town, and airport just 10 mins. away, early morning. (Plus, you pass by a 24-hr. gas station on the way - convenient!)Wish we’d tried the Bagel Cafe down the hill and around the corner to the left - looked adorable, full of stained glass, and we heard it was good. Shops further on, on that block were great for last-day shopping/souvenirs. Also, check out Hillhead House right across the street - beautiful stuff in there.We always had a parking spot right in front of the house - I guess because of the permit requirement on that street. But don’t forget to leave the parking permit back in the suite when you check out! We did, and it cost us!Good communication with Jordan - he was quick to respond.
