My stay at the Hyatt Regency was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel taken care of right away. The hotel has a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also excellent — within walking distance to Paceville, where the nightlife is vibrant; directly across the street from the shopping mall; and just a few minutes’ walk to St. George’s Beach. Just a small note: there is a bit of a walk from where the taxi drops you off to the main entrance, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. Overall, the Hyatt Regency offers great service, comfort, and convenience. I would happily return.

The staff made this trip amazing, so friendly and attentive. Room was clean and tidy, the location is a little odd. Out the hotel and left down the hill is full of clubs and British pubs with ‘full breakfast’ not our style. But while in the hotel, bar and surroundings you couldn’t tell you were close to party central.

We had a lovely stay in an eighth floor room w club access. Staff are helpful and courteous. Free car parking in the underground car park they validate your ticket. Good breakfast and free drinks at club lounge n snacks in the evening. The only shame is the shower which sometimes slows to a dribble. Otherwise no complains.

The hotel was beyond my expectation and the service and help was excellent. Victor and Haque were very helpful in guiding us in and around the city and I am also very thankful to Valentina for organising our trip to Gozo. Definitely recommend Mario as he understands your likes and dislikes before you get to Gozo and caters the tour according to you. The private Gozo tour by Mario was the highlight of our trip to Malta.

Staff were great . Special mention to Anna who was very courteous and helpful with recommendations and local knowledge of the island. However the room was slightly disappointing. Didn't like the fact that we were on street level and passers-by could literally see in. No Privacy. Secondly very little storage space for clothes only one drawer and a few hangers. I did speak to the front desk but was told nothing could be done. Room was very clean and housekeeping was also very good. Finally a big thank you for organising a treat for my partners birthday on our arrival.
