Terraces 402 is a cozy holiday apartment, located on the top floor of the northern side of the complex. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is furnished in warm and vivid tropical tones. The open plan layout features a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room which opens onto the balcony. Guests can relax on the balcony, which is also the dining area for the apartment, as they enjoy the partial view of the Caribbean Sea.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, as well as access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has two twin size beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.

Terraces is located in the lively Dover area of the South Coast of Barbados, minutes south of the famous St. Lawrence Gap. The nearest beach access is directly across the street, and the popular Dover Beach is less than a 100 yard walk away. Shopping, bars and restaurants are also all within walking distance. Our group of 4 stayed for 10 nights in early March. Apartment was as advertised, clean, comfortable, well equipped and located close to the beach and to many restaurants within easy walking distance. The balcony is very spacious and a great place to have breakfast and relax most times of the day. Host was very responsive; we found that the coffeemaker was not functioning and after contacting the host a new one arrived within a few hours. The street below can be a bit noisy during the day and evening, but always became quiet by late evening and never affected our sleep time. Not being used to driving on the left side of the road, we did not rent a car and relied on taxis. There are several taxi stands nearby and it was never a problem finding one; all of our drivers were friendly and knowledgeable and most are keen to act as tour guides for an hourly rate which is quite cost effective if you have a few people. We greatly enjoyed our visit and will be happy to return again.
