My stay was horrible! Someone broke Into my new vehicle. Broke the back passenger window out. It cost me $250. To get it replaced. Never staying there again. I literally feared for my life.

It’s a nice place, the staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean. Only issue was only 2 bath towels for a two queen bed room. I know the front desk would have easily brought extras but we didnt realize until we were showering and didn’t want to wait.

Our stay at Aloft St. Louis was truly outstanding! Traveling with two small kids can be challenging, but the friendly, responsive, and pleasant staff made everything easy and enjoyable. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt welcoming and thoughtful. A special mention goes to the grounds manager — attentive, timely, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to ensure everything was just right, making our visit feel like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return. Highly recommend Aloft St. Louis for families or anyone looking for comfort paired with exceptional hospitality!
