Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.
We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased an on-site gated parking space, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

The apartment was nice, like pictured and didn’t smell of any kind of smoke. But after checkout, my husband and I were accused of smoking in this apartment (with our baby inside as well). And we are now fighting getting charged an extra 195 for smoke damage we didn’t cause. Last year I had a massive pulmonary embolism while pregnant and literally lost a whole lung and now have heart problems on top of that. Like of all people to accuse of smoking, you choose the person who only has one lung?? I’m extremely upset with our experience, post stay! We don’t smoke and never have.

Cute loft in StL
Cute loft in a decent neighborhood in StL. Check in/check out was easy. The second “bed” wasn’t the most comfortable thing in the world but it was acceptable for 2 nights. The location feels a little sketchy if you’re from a more rural area (only 1 person asked us for money). Other than that, the place is relatively quiet and close to Forest Park (10 minute drive to everything). I’d stay here again for another weekend.

The apartment is super cool! Very clean & comfortable. The check-in instructions were detailed, and communication with Brandon was good. The building itself is secure, and we felt safe; however, last night we both woke up to clear gunshots outside very nearby. I guess that’s just St Louis for ya. The immediate area was fine, but just a block away is very sketchy. I would still book here again because the place was nice!

The place was great! I wouldn’t say it’s anything special, it has just what you need it to have. Location was great, walkable to some things and a quick drive or Uber to more of the downtown area. We paid for the gated parking, which just made us feel more comfortable than leaving our car on the street. Nothing bad to say about the place!
