My parents (both over 65 yrs old) car broke down and needed to stay for the night at check in their guest clerk was excellent. Help them with everything they needed to know for the night. When it was time to check out hotel clerk made them a little goodie bag for the road. I work for Hyatt and I tell you. You don’t need to go to a big 5 start hotel to get great service.

The bed that I got this time were not as comfortable as the one I had a few months ago. It may be that I had a different room, but did not expect a harder bed with less cushion on top.
