We stayed for one night for a concert. Staff was super friendly. Room was impressively large, clean and well laid out. We really were impressed that the room had a separate kitchen/bar area, sitting room and bedroom. Plus a nice bathroom. All was updated. I was there with my two daughters. It was a nice surprise we got such a nice room at such a great price.

The description on Expedia for some of the amenities were not correct. It is unclear if it was Expedia that was misstating or the hotel but the parking was not part of the hotel there was simply an agent of a valet service there and the cost was more than the hotel for one night. Then there was a breakfast buffet that was offered on the Expedia site that did not exist…and furthermore to eat in the hotel we had to spend $100 on a breakfast for 2 kids and 2 adults that was close to dennys quality but half the size ($17 for Frosted Flakes and an apple for example). The hotel had maybe 6 employees which was very apparent when the hot water went out the first night and there was no answer at guest services or the front desk for the entire night. The hot water was restored 14 HOURS LATER! Now to be clear everyone that worked there was SUPER NICE and they tried to help these situations but it’s obvious that the hotel is minimizing staff to maximize profit. Always a good combo to make customers happy.

There was no hot water so we were unable to shower. They kept saying they were working on it, but never was not fixed until right before we were leaving. Never offered to switch rooms or do anything to make it right. There was gum on the couch cushions as well.
