pretty good, indoor pool closed with no notice

It was a pretty nice place but one of the main reasons I got a room there is because it had a indoor pool and hot tub that ended up not being open and there was nothing about that online.

The room air conditioner didn't work . The room was very musty smelling . And the wash clothes and towels smelled like sour water . We checked in turned air conditioner on went to dinner with friends. Then set in lobby for a couple hours went to room and it hadn't called at all and was to hot to sleep was near 9 pm when we got to room and had to leave at 5 am for the hospital for surgery. But they did move us to different room. Air did work in the new room. Was a lot just to stay a few hours . Trash cans was dirty . The office entrance doors was open all night I'm sure the bugs flu right in all night long . Don't know why main entrance door was open all night long.

Pool hours minimal, no staff presence

Mis-communication. I was sent an email stating I could check-in, but when I get there, I wasn't allowed to until 3pm. Pool - the pool was not in working order. Our 2nd day it was. The pool was extremely cold. The kids did it anyway despite their lips turning blue. The pool hours start at 10am. However, you must check out by 11am. I'm not sure they want a pool if they don't allow anyone in it and reduce the hours to be so inconvenient. My son spilled orange juice at the breakfast. I went to try to find a rag or some way of cleaning it up. The lady in the closed off kitchen was the only staff person I saw. I tried to ask for a rag but she didn't want to talk to me. We liked this hotel because it was remote and I didn't see any riff-raff or smell any weed in the hallways like most hotels these days. However, the service could have been better.

started out fine at check in. room was clean and neat. discovered tv did not work. My wife complained and front desk tried to get it going and then offered us another room. Actually nicer room on third floor all good...until next morning. shower knob for hot water just spun on wall with no hot water to shower. front desk offered another room but i sensed a problem. if facility was as good as staff it would get 5 stars.....but too much bad luck in one stay. We checked out early with second day refund promised but unable to print receipt. i crossed fingers and left

Area surrounding property was not kept up (overgrown weeds everywhere). Water dispenser at hallway broken on first floor and the carpet below it is gross. No ice machine on 2nd floor. TV channels are labeled wrong within the channel itself and the channel guide is wrong so doesn't help. TV screen would indicate one TV network for example TNT but it is actually a different channel so need to flip thru every channel and see what's showing to find the channel you want (if it's a commercial, you'll have to wait). Staff and management does not care either because if they do, they would have an employee go thru every TV channel to see what channel it is and document it for the hotel guests.

How can you run out of coffee for a whole half an hour between 8:00 and 8:30 when the dining room had so few people in it? The was no desk clerk at the desk when I went to check out...I left my keys, but did not want to wait any longer for a person who apparently must have been elsewhere. Quiet hotel and clean. Was able to get more pool towels and bathroom towels when requested.

Clean and good breakfast

Good free breakfast included. Consisted of eggs sausages bisquite gravey cereal milk yogurt juices bagels creme cheese coffee muffins fruit. Clean room i would stay here again.

Upon arrival to the facility I did not feel that the photos provided matched what was found. The building appeared old and not very well kept up with. The rooms were okay but we found that our bedsheets were wet when we arrived. The staff informed us they had a dryer go out and so they were backed up and rushed. The sheets were changed upon request. The carpets throughout the building were stained and discolored. The worst condition was the pool area. Upon arrival the pool house was found to be unkempt. The flood was covered in hair, trash and dead bugs. The pool itself was a green color but it was an indoor/outdoor pool and it was and had been raining. There was trash, leaves and bugs floating in the pool. The hot tub was okay but did have a lot of floating sediments. The gym was small but fine other than the door rubbed the ceiling tiles when you opened the door. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out went well.
