The issue I had with this hotel is they don’t accept all debit cards. They would not accept a Venmo debit Mastercard. Luckily I had another card but no where did it say they wouldn’t take one. Be ware if you use any cash app debit card, they will turn you away.

It was under construction, so the lobby was a mess. I’m sure that will be cleaned up in time. However, we specifically booked this hotel because it was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a double pull out couch and there was no couch. My kids do not sleep well together and we booked this so they would have space to spread out. None of us slept well!

Location was convenient and parking was easy with valet. Our room was really warm and when trying to adjust the thermostat it took 5 hrs to finally cool down. It automatically adjusted back up to what it originally was a few hours later. Breakfast wasn’t what I expected but was easy and good. Staff was nice. As far as cleanliness. It was cleaned, but it just doesn’t seem like people clean thoroughly anymore. We have traveled a lot in the last 5 weeks and so it’s not just this location.

The rooms are nice. The breakfast was not as advertised. And we charged for the room on our credit card and our debit card. Was told would pay onsite but had the cc onfile to hold the room. Chose tobuse our dc for the purchase and they charged both and still have not refunded the money.

Great breakfast and very nice employees. However, they didn't have th room I booked so I had to share a king bed with my mother. That was disappointing and I don't know why it happened. Great hotel otherwise.

I always wanted to stay in one of the rooms that have a view of the arch, so I booked a presidential suite. But now I realize that the rooms I was hoping to stay in, are only available as a common suites area...this would be a great option for a family. Our presidential suite was on the 7th floor and had a great view looking towards Forest Park. Great location for the Flyover Comedy Festival.

I liked the room, but several times I had to ask for towels and they were supposed to bring them to the room and forgot. Also, we tend to sleep in, so we usually leave the hotel around 10-1030am for our activities when we're on vacation, and they only cleaned the room once while we were out. The staff was very nice, though and that makes up for a lot, overall I would stay again.
