1st room didn’t have hot water Took a minute to find a solution Moved to another room 2nd room as soon as I turned the heat on the fire alarm goes off. Vent starts smoking 3rd room was ok heat was ok water was hot was told this was a newly renovated room however the bathroom tub needs major updates.

The beds could definitely be upgraded as well as the furniture both were pretty gross and broken down. The suite needs bigger bath tubs Locks on door was missing. Carpet could use a deep cleaning. There were outlets with no cover plates. Anyone could use the door outside that was made for a keycard to open. Its a down hill hotel for sure. Breakfast was alright however

We paid for an upgraded suite with 2 rooms for 3 nights but ended up in a normal two bed room because the first suite, then the second we were switched to had bad electrical smell, non working acs, one had no phone, its fridge microwave tv not working. Broken handles, scratched paint. The room we stayed in had scratched paint on the bsthroom door. The business center didn't work. Elevators were janky. Breakfast had watery eggs but no other protein option or oatmeal or yogurt. No meat. Overall hotel was not well maintained and in poor condition.

Bed sheet had a large stain in the first room. Requested to be moved to another room. Second room was better but did not have a coffee pot and the leather on the desk chair was was badly worn. Staff only cleans the rooms every other day.
