Breakfast buffet was tasty but the lineups and logistics around the whole operation could be improved (better signage, moving trays/utensils to central location, reserved vouchers for time slots to spread out crowds, etc.). Needs a hot tub, a shame that it was paved over. Rooms and showers are great though!

Traveled as a family and stayed for 4 nights. Enjoyed the spacious suite & comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool — grab towels as soon as you get there because they ran out each time we went & were not quickly replenished. Valet takes a very long time, but online system makes it easy to request and then updates you as the car is retrieved, then when it has arrived. We did not walk around our hotel very much, but it was a good location as most things we visited were within 10-12 minutes.

Let me start by saying, we had a nice stay. The hotel was quiet, valet was very efficient, breakfast and happy hour were top notch. Check-in was terrible. I checked in ahead of time noting a 4pm arrival which was check-in time according to the app and property’s website. When we arrived, our room was not ready. We were told that check-in starts at 4 and it would be a short wait. 35 minutes later we were still waiting. We had to contact Expedia to get our room ready. We got little in the way of an apology from anyone at the hotel, but Expedia was terrific.

Great experience! I The in-house restaurant that provides free breakfast buffet, made-to-order omelets and waffles, plus free drinks and snacks during happy hour adds tremendous value that not many hotels offer! Room was really spacious and comfortable. Staff is very hospitable. Overall a great experience!
