Booked this hotel to catch a flight the next day. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent. The long term parking was confusing to find when I pulled in and cost more than was noted on Expedia. The shuttle driver was very nice and prompt and the shuttle was easy to find.

The room was very comfortable and breakfast was good but what drags this review down is that they charged me FOUR times for the same room. Soon after I checked out, I had the first set of two charges for different amounts for my room. Called the desk and they said one charge was being refunded. Next day, all the charges had voided but I had two new charges. Front desk flatly denied there was no problem even though I told them I was looking at my credit card statement and was billed twice. Ended up filing a dispute with the credit card company.

The entrance started ok I was giving a key to a room that someone else was already occupying that was a red flags, second I was charged way more that what I booked once I got in the room it was ok however the water was stopped up in the sink after using, I was scared to shower didnt want the shower to stop up, tried to idolize. the swimming pool and it was so nasty u could see the stuff floating in the water. I wouldn’t stay at this location at all

Overall, this was the best stay I've had in St. Louis in a very long time the staff were nice. Hotel was very clean, bed super comfortable. And great breakfast option for people that don't eat pork.
