They never cleaned out room. Every day they said they clean today they lied to me. I am so disappointed. I need to get my refund. Staff they don't care about customers. I am really upset. I need to speak with some one. Need phone number. I don't recommend this hotel to any one.

We had to pay extra for our dogs and the bed was terrible. We fought from falling in the middle of the bed all night long. We did not get a restful sleep. The service we got was wonderful. The bathroom sink faucet hot and cold hookups were plumbed backwards. We got hot water when we turned the faucet to cold visa versa.

No one at front desk ever. Outdated room. Very rude staff when she noticed someone at the desk. Breakfast buffet not fresh. We are loyal to this chain but will skip this location in the future.
