Checked in at midnight by prearrangement. When entered suits it reeked of smoke. Calked front desk. Took over an hour for maintenance ti show up - only to say cleaning machine not allowed in room with us present. Where were we to go after long travel day. We slept in disgusting room. Told no other rooms available. Then morning of checkout, ceiling leaked. Given free Hyatt membership with points but fear Hyatt properties.

The staff were ALL so helpful and friendly! The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the Arch. Amazing experience!

Love this Hyatt. It has that old school popular grand hotel feel. Ruth’s Chris is a nice plus and it’s walkable to the arch and all the sports !

Staff were rude, the tub backed up in our room, we called room service, and they told us to give it 5 minutes and it would go down. It did go down, but it left our tub full of disgusting residue. There is no parking unless you want to pay out your nose for parking in VIP. The windows for the view of Arch were foggy and unclean, couldn't see out of them.
