Family trip

Overall our stay was great. Kiddo has spilled a drink on the bed and we asked for bedding to be changed while we were gone for the day so that house keeping would not be rushed with turn around,and it was just the top sheets that were changed not the fitted or the one underneath the fitted. Also the jets in the hot tub didn’t work so it was as though you were just sitting in a bath. Otherwise no complaints. Would stay again if in the area.

Check in was horrible. Arrived at 2:57 and was told I could not begin to check in til 3. Took them 46 minutes to find my reservation even after showing my confirmation number and receipt. The manager insisted on going back and forth with me about the reservation instead of resolving it on the back end with Expedia. It was humiliating.

The property looked nothing like the pictures. Dirty walls, ceiling damage in bathroom, horrible lumpy beds, TV didnt work. It was a 1 star room at best. The pool and hot tub were old and small. It was worth like 50 a night not 250. Never again. Just glad I saw no bed bugs. Oh and my 10 yo son could hear "banging" through the walls...awkward! I took no photos because I did NOT want to remember our hotel at all.
