Our stay was okay. There were several things that could have better. There was maybe a third roll of toilet paper and no extra in the room so we had to call to get more. There was one towel provided for a reservation with four people. They clearly do not clean under the couch cushions! We lifted a cushion to see if it was pullout and there were crumbs, pieces of popcorn and a condom wrapper. Gross! The staff was prompt and apologetic in addressing these, but should not have been an issue to begin with.

This property was a disappointment given it's 4+ Star rating. Our bathroom was filthy and we were forced to move rooms after falling asleep due to large siren sounds coming from the bathroom air vent! Our new room was cleaner but the bath tub backed up during a shower. Front desk staff seemed disinterested in helping but the restaurant service for breakfast was fantastic!

This property is too expensive for where and what it is. Its ok, but not worth the price and the valet is outrageous. There are better places in the same vicinity. Accommodating for pets, but kinda gross too.

Overall the hotel was very nice with a lot of history. The parking was troublesome and the noise level was quite high. We could hear our neighbors that shared a wall and we could hear people in the street. We were one the 7th floor.

The key programmer is not working, we need to wait for a manager outside our assigned room for them to use a pass key to allow us to enter each time we leave and re-enter.. although the dining room staff was super nice… the credit card machine isn’t working and their dining room ordering system is offline

The staff was kind and hospitable. The hotel was nice. If I had to change one thing, I would ask that they vacuum more often and put fragrance in the vents because the hotel definitely has an unpleasant odor.
