There is NO parking availabe unless you spend the $60 the hotel charges. During a downpour of rain, this became quite inconvenient.

Location in relation to convention center was excellent. The hotel could be cleaner. The shower tile grout was moldy, the baseboards were dusty, the doors and walls weee scuffed. The staff was great. The review is asking me to give my opinion on the “free” breakfast. It wasn’t free. Almost $20 a head for breakfast similar to what you get free at a courtyard-type hotel. Really enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool room. The hotel has a weird smell every time you walk in. It was fine for attending a conference. The Expedia pictures make it look way nicer that it is. It’s very old

Room was very clean, common areas could use new carpet. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was HIGH!! $57/per night after tax and before tip. Hotel felt very old European. This survey asked me about the ‘free breakfast’….that is the first Ive heard of a ‘free breakfast’. We had a great breakfast there, but was bought.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Coffee had overflowed onto dresser and wasn’t cleaned up. Scotch tape on the walls where someone had hung something up. Baseboards in bathroom were full of dust/dirt. The buffet breakfast was cold and they were out of bacon. $55 a night for valet parking is a little excessive.

The hotel is a nice historic property. My issue is with hotel management. They had zero concern about the noise from the fitness center. The corporate office for the hotel, wont respond to communication either.

Really good choice for the area. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. Good helpful staff. Not a lot of restaurants within a 4 block radius but enough to eat. St. Louis is just that way.
