Very nice and accommodating staff. Hotel room was very very large, updated, and clean. Had everything like a little apartment. Very comfy bed. Staff was very fun and personal when checking out. I was pleasantly surprised.

We checked in at 10pm and by the time we got to our room the staff had left for the night so we couldn’t call with the problems we encountered. Our room smelled bad, half of the lights didn’t work, there was no bags in the trash cans, there was no toilet paper, one of the locks on the door was broken, and probably the worst of it all was that the fridge was broken and made an awful loud noise all night long. It was very hard to sleep with the noise. We also paid for a king bed and was put in a room with a Queen.

Idea of the property was nice- looks like converted studio apartments. Bathtub had slow drain so you showered standing in water. Furnace/ac was so loud. Dishes were in dishwasher- not put away- but we did not use those anyway. Overall it was fine, I would address these issues had I been there for more than one night.
