The staff were very nice and friendly. We loved the location and were greeted each time we came and went. The room was clean and nicely decorated in keeping with the hotel’s theme. Unfortunately our bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. And decaf coffee would have been nice in the lobby in the morning. Overall, we loved this hotel and would recommend it for a unique St Louis experience.

Chic hotel, restful stay

Large unit with living/dining room felt very comfortable. Deco was SO chic 😎. Slept like a Bebe. Lovely waterfall shower. Squeaky clean everywhere. FUN neighborhood, we walked to dinner. Will return.

The friendly, helpful staff were the most memorable about our stay! Chose this hotel for an easy stroll to a concert venue. It was very convenient and easily accessible on The Loop. Would stay here again!

I only booked the room to take picture and do my hair/makeup. I did not spend the night. Staff was very very friendly and had great hospitality. They encourage you to take pictures as I was scared at first. Thank you to Brittney I think was her name. She was a young women with curly hair and tooth gems. Her coworker and the night auditer were awesome as well. Very great staff and great place to take pictures. Beautiful mirrors on every floor and a gorgeous colorful stairwell. Will be recommending

Very disappointed

We waited over two hours to check in. We had to cancel the show we were going to see because we did not have the opportunity to get ready or to leave our stuff in the room. I heard the manager talking to other employees that some housekeeping quit and they were overbooked. I understand that things happen but check in was at 3pm and we decided to give up at 6:30pm because our trip was already ruined and if they were overbooked, I was concerned we would never get a room. They kept telling us it would be soon or a few minutes. If they had told us hours earlier about the issues, we could have stayed somewhere else without missing the show we were in town to see. The service desk told us to cancel our stay and we would not be charged for the room. We still lost money as we already paid for tickets for a show we did not get to see and the gas/time to drive several hundred miles.

Check in says 3, we arrived at 330 and waited in the lobby until our room was ready at 530. We watched housekeeping drag trash bag out of the elevator and through the lobby leaving a wet trail behind her. All the shelf’s with decor was covered in a very thick dust. It was raining at checkout and there was a bucket in the lobby collecting water from a leak.
