Antoinette was present when we checked in (after standing for almost 5 minutes at the front desk with no one there). One of the most unhelpful, rude and rushed check-ins I’ve had. No explanation of anything to include how to get to elevators, rooftop bar, breakfast, anything. She was short when I inquired on parking as my husband had been sitting in the car outside. No valet ever came, we ended up self parking after I asked twice during the check in process. She gave me the keys and turned around again. Not a great start to the stay. When we got into the room the toilet was running constantly. (My husband fixed it after some time). I probably wouldn’t pick to stay here again as there are other options in the area.

Disappointed in our stay at the Moonrise this visit. We have stayed here multiple times previously over the last 10 years and this last time was not great. Our first room had dirty bedding so we were switched to another room (wonderful front desk staff provided us with free drinks!) but then our second room was also not the cleanest. We also had drunk guests running around and falling in our hallway. Will probably not be staying here again, the quality has gone down immensely.

Booked a king bed for my wife and I. Arrived and stated they "gave us more room" with two queen beds. One bed was broken and the lamp by the window was broken. Told staff so I was not charged for damages. The room heating and air either worked or didn't work. Vallet let me park in the front which was amazing. The restaurant and the chef was amazing. The chef and bar tender went above and beyond. Would use again due to ease of stay close to the venue. Was hyped to stay but realized it's average. Staff was super nice and friendly. Thank you!

Amazing spot! I would definitely stay here again, especially if I want to see another concert at The Pageant next door. The rooftop bar is great and the room was very nice and quiet. I love the touches and the way they designed the place. A !!! I would stay again! Affordable, too!
