When I went to check in, I was informed the suite I reserved was out of service due to the heater being out. Without hesitation we were given a room and was told that our money we paid would be fully refunded. Staff was great and super friendly with every interaction. Definitely will stay here again!!

Have stayed here numerous times primarily because of the friendliness and professional courtesy demonstrated by the staff. The location allows easy access to the downtown area. There is a restaurant / sports bar located in the hotel. Great hot complementary breakfast and a Happy Hour each evening. I will be back the next time I am in town.
