This was my first time staying here. I stayed in the clock tower. The hotel and room were excellent. The hotel is very beautiful and convenient with a market area for coffee and restaurants. The light show in the lobby is just gorgeous! Room was very clean and spacious The staff was so professional and friendly. I was extremely impressed how friendly everyone was. And that includes hotel cleaning staff and front desk. I definitely will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel as your first choice when visiting St Louis!

I’ve never stayed at a Hilton before, but chose this hotel because of the location and convenience of being near activities for my family. We loved being able to step out of our elevator and walking to the aquarium, mini golf, restaurants, and more. Main problem was cleanliness, which is important to me. Our first room smelled like strong mildew. They were happy to switch our rooms and apologized for the inconvenience. Then the second room also smelled like mildew, but more mild. There was dust in wall corners and vents. The shower was also not cleaned as there were streaks in the bathtub and shower curtain hadn’t been changed out or washed. Unfortunately won’t be staying here again.
