Room had bed bugs. Staff was responsive at checkout. I’ve stayed here a lot over the last 20 years. This was the worst stay by far. The restaurant was turning people away for breakfast . Highlights were the front desk staff and the valet crew. They were awesome. I love the chase but don’t think I will stay here again.

Give up on auto reviews when you screw up - call!

We didn't get to stay here, Pablo from RSCPP was awesome, but the front desk was a far as we got. You are not listening. Hotels.com botched this reservation and cancelled it without telling us. We had to go to a different hotel and missed valuable time with family. Waited over 30 minutes with hotels.com on the phone and got a lousy $100 credit. My time is way more valuable than that. Completely ridiculous. If you care, get on the phone and call me 949.355.4950 and refund my weekend.

Great experience and wonderful stay. Had some issues at the beginning. Front desk representative, Miss Yu helps to fix everything and turn the negative energy to extreme positive. Overall, really enjoyed the four days in this hotel

We enjoyed our stay, however...

We enjoyed our stay, however, the toilet was very low to the floor, which we dealt with, AND, after drying off with "clean" towels two different days, an occupant noticed brown stains on the towels he used. Which totally grossed US out.

It’s a beautiful property that was showing my son’s feature film in their theatre which was amazing! The only downside was the cranes and construction across the street from the pool which was loud but unavoidable!
