I fully prepaid my stay at this hotel. When I tapped my credit card for the $100 incidental charge the card didn’t work (same card worked at 4 other hotels this trip). I tried a couple more times. The receptionist attitude was basically that I cannot be checked in and I had to resolve the card issue with my bank. I tried the Apple Pay and it worked - same credit card. My point is I fully prepaid over $500 for this stay and the dismissive and unhelpful attitude I received was just not on. I’m sure a compromise could have been reached if I hadn’t got my card working - which again has been accepted without exception everywhere else I have used on this trip.

THE TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE RESERVING THE ROOM RUINED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE!!!! WAS GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT CHECK IN TIMES AND WHEN I ARRIVED FRONT DESK TOLD ME A DIFFERENT TIME AND CHARGED ME $50 EXTRA FOR CHECKING IN BEFORE 3! ME AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NEVER EVER BOOK AT ANY HILTON AGAIN! FRONT DESK ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT RESERVATION CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVING WRONG INFORMATION FOR A LONG TIME AND EVIDENTLY NOBODY IS LISTENING TO THEM!!!

The hotel was not easily found They was working on different roads. When I first got into my room, it smelled like pee and cigarettes and weed. I was disgusted. The front desk clerk kindly move me to another room quickly. It was much better with the smell, but the toilet did not flush when you needed to flush. The breakfast was perfect despite everything else.

Couldn’t ask for anything better! 24/7 security. Front desk ladies were absolutely amazing!!! Room was perfect, quiet, heat worked great, and beds were so comfy. Breakfast staff was happy and chipper. Valet left our car at the front because we had to leave extremely early to get myself to the hospital for surgery. Will DEFINITELY stay here every 2 months when I have to go up to the hospital. Breakfast looked amazing but I can’t comment on it because I didn’t eat due to being NPO.

I booked a room with a view & there were no view. & their parking garage closes at night because they try to force valet parking on you when all they have is curbs, not even a parkinglot. Wish I could post pics.

It was difficult to find the hotel and then to find somewhere to park to wait for the valet. It was a mess. Plus the first room wasn’t cleaned, fortunately they were nice enough to put me in a bigger room for that. That’s why the staff get an A+ for the night.
