This comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for your stay. It has many private parking spaces available and is centrally located in the lively, diverse area known as University City in St. Louis, Missouri. TVs in each bedroom.
Only about 3 miles from the Delmar Loop restaurants and shopping! 6 minutes from downtown Clayton! 7 minutes from Forest Park and Washington University- Saint Louis (WASHU). 10 minutes from the St Louis Galleria Mall. 20 min to downtown. No party or gathering allowed. No shoes in the house. Guest needs to take your own trash out, and wash your own dishes. Strip beds before checking out. Check out time exactly 11am latest!

Check-in early and check- out late could be available for $10 each hour (check with host)

Property was clean and worked great for an extended family. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and would gladly stay here again. We used to live in St. Louis and appreciate being able to return and visit places we love. The hosts were very friendly and prompt in addressing any issues.

Great Booking

Easy to find. Older house but very clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with everything needed. Large open basement area downstairs with plenty of room on the main for. We had four adults and one child. The host was always quick to respond and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Nice Family Getaway

Perfect for a family getaway for a couple of nights. The home was clean, the host was quick to answer questions, and all of the basics were provided. There was even a surprise finished basement area that my kids loved playing in. The only downside was the it was a bit farther away from the places we wanted to visit than some other places we looked at, but that was no fault of the host!
