Newly remodeled, spacious, lake house with 2 game rooms! Come have a blast on Grand Lake. This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house is conveniently located on a channel of Grand Lake. All 5 bathrooms have a shower and/or bath tub. Large living room, oversized kitchen, spacious dining room with 12-person table, 2 balconies, oversized patio with 2 patio dining sets, 30'x20' game room, and oversized 2.5 car garage converted into a 2nd game room. Rent a boat and dock it at the house!

36" Blackstone Griddle for outdoor BBQ grilling.

Non-stick pots/pans set and a stainless steel pots/pans set.

Coffee machine, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, iron/steamer, ironing board, fans, space heaters, and blow dryers available.

Baby/Toddler friendly! 3 highchairs, 2 bassinets, and a playpen are in the house.

The house does have Central AC and Furnace Heating throughout the house and additional Base-board heating in some rooms.

4 of the bedrooms include desks/chairs for remote work/study or for vanity/makeup stations. House has WIFI access.

I planned a last minute family get-a-way for our family (all adult children) within just a couple weeks of the trip. I was excited to see this home was available and big enough to accommodate all of us with plenty of space and games to keep us occupied. This was our first time to Grand Lake. The home has been very nicely renovated by the owner and everything was virtually brand new (as many items were). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we able to take advantage of many of the inside activities as the weather was not the best; but we still had the best time just being with family. The owner was very accommodating when I had questions and was quick to reply. The one item we would have like to have had access to would have been a washer/dryer, especially being a lake property; but that should not overshadow anything else this home has to offer. 10 out of 10!!!!
