This property is expensive and out dated. No USB charging points. No smart TV. 4 .50 CHF for a pod coffee in the dining area. Lake view from room restricted to hanging head out bathroom window between buildings. Room was warm, pillows dreadful. This property is not 6 minutes from station as advertised on whatif but 20 minutes uphill from train station or 48 CHF in taxi. Very dissappointing.

View was great from the dining room. Breakfast was Not free. Disappointing from what I paid and expected. All uphill walk from train station. Very steep hill. Forget walking with luggage to hotel. Have to take taxi or bus. Not easy to find. Need more explicit directions to hotel. Language barrier with staff.

I really liked this hotel in St. Moritz — it was beautiful! The room looked like a princess room and had a lovely view. The location is great, close to everything — the funicular is nearby, it’s easy to get around to see the lake, and there are plenty of restaurants close by. I loved it! The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was small but delicious
