Lovely large rooms. Great roof top swimming sunbathing area. Fab spa facilities which are included in price. Convenient for bus stops etc to travel to surrounding areas

When we checked in there was a bad smell in the room, a damp like smell. We complained at reception and someone was sent up to clean the drain in the shower. The smell was still in the room, we had to ask to be moved room, overall the experience was stressful as this should really have been offered, reception had first offered us a smaller room, which was unacceptable considering the smell was the fault of the hotel. No gestures offered following this experience which is not great considering. Staff at breakfast seemed unhappy overall. The rooftop was nice for sunbathing & the beds were comfortable.

Great hotel. Luggage storage pre-book in and use of the rooftop pool. Big plus! Clean and new. Hot shower. Comfortable bed, with big pillows. Claimed to have a custom pillow service but we were unable to get any even after 3 requests. Kettle and instant coffee in the room. Would have loved a Keurig machine but overall, a great stay. Thanks!
