Great Hotel!

Great hotel. Luggage storage pre-book in and use of the rooftop pool. Big plus! Clean and new. Hot shower. Comfortable bed, with big pillows. Claimed to have a custom pillow service but we were unable to get any even after 3 requests. Kettle and instant coffee in the room. Would have loved a Keurig machine but overall, a great stay. Thanks!

Overall good

Overall experience was good. We was on the 8th floor which was executive floor with sea view. There was one big downside to this which was the dining area was directly above so we was woke up at 6:30 every morning when it was being set up. We did complain and they was very quick to move us which was good!

Great service & good value for money!

We would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a built up location but only a 5 mins walk to the front promenade with lots of restaurants along the side streets and front. We had a meal in the restaurant on one night, which included a varied choice of meals and our included breakfasts were excellent, from the fresh orange juice machine to the range of fresh pastries. The spa had some excellent offers on at the time and I enjoyed a relaxing head massage and reflexology session, thankyou Sheena. Our room was spotless, very spacious, with a complimentary minibar inc beer, mini bottles of wine, fruit juices, coke, lemonade & water! The bed was very comfortable and even had a pillow menu. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool & sun terrace which would be an added bonus in the summer. The only downside of this hotel is that if you have a car, the street parking around the hotel is a nightmare, we were very lucky to get a space in the underground car park (no charge) but there is only limited number.

Everything was spot on. Great Breakfast buffet, one of the he best. Staff were excellent, very attentive. Rooms were very modern, large and clean. Value for the money was outstanding....it was the offseason. Highly recommend. Unfortunately the infinity pool on the roof is not heated. Limited use in the winter. Very few English TV Channels and limited channels in general.

Fantastic Hotel

We had a brilliant stay here, the staff were all fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful, particularly the waiting staff in the restaurant. The rooms were really spacious, very clean and beautifully designed. The food at dinner and breakfast was also excellent and non dairy milk alternatives were provided. Housekeeping did a brilliant job everyday and provided feather pillows as requested. The restaurant provided a cold platter in our rooms after we landed late and missed the evening meal which was really well presented and tasted excellent. Bed was huge and very comfortable. There is a beautiful rooftop pool which although too cold for swimming was really lovely to sit next to in the sunshine on the beds. The spa was also really brilliant with very friendly staff, it’s kept very clean and tidy and had a relaxing atmosphere. Really looking forward to returning!

Stayed at the hotel for 16 nights in a jr suite and it was great had lots of room and the bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned pretty much everyday. Room service was great and the pool deck was wonderful.

This hotel is in a very central location and 5mins walk to public bus which we used daily. Hotel very clean , staff very friendly and food beautiful. Rooms are fabulous
