Great location

Great apartment overlooking st Paul’s bay. Lift up to 4th floor. Spacious and clean. Negative points: Electricity and water not included so will be taken from your deposit. This wasn’t included on the advert when we booked so was a surprise. The owners are sorting it out though We had 4 adults and a teenager. Whilst there are 8 beds I think it would be a real squash for 8 adults. 6 adults and 2 children would be the most I would suggest. Air con is only in the bedrooms. Lounge and kitchen get very warm! The apartments aren’t well sound proofed so if you get noisy neighbours it can be a little loud...ear plugs worked well Positive points Brilliant view. Great location. 30 seconds walk to the bus stop that takes you everywhere Local restaurants are very very good Mini market 5 minutes walk round the bay and open late Very clean Washing machine a real bonus Ruth Neville and their team were very very very helpful. Sorted out any queries we had promptly and professionally Even helped us get to Mosta for the celebration of Santa Maria which was amazing. Suggested an excursion which was fabulous and reasonably priced
