Cozy 3-room apartment "Langeneß" in the house "Eiderblick" with about 60 square meters on 1 level (floor) for up to 4 people. Quiet location in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. Dogs are welcome.

Living room with sofa for 2-3 persons, armchair, desk with chair, TV (sat), stereo compact system and dining table with 4 chairs. Open kitchen with table-top oven, microwave and fridge freezer. No dishwasher.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe and stool.
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and radio with CD player.

Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder auch Ausreichend groß. Ruhig gelegen und gut zu erreichen.

Gut mit Licht und Schatten

Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll dekoriert und sauber. Für 2 Personen völlig ok aber mehr sollten es nicht sein. Kinderzimmer viel zu klein. Küche gut ausgestattet . Leider keine Spülmaschine . Ist bei 2 Personen aber ok. WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Geht meistens nicht . Bei dem Preis sollte man etwas anderes erwarten. Kein funktionsfähiges Radio . Haben wir aber auch nicht angemerkt. Leider völlig verschenkt der Garten. Nur eine Grillecke aber nicht ein Liegestuhl oder Liege auf der Wiese. Was soll das wenn schon kein Balkon da ist. Lage war für unseren Hund Top. Aber um in die anderen Ortsteile zu kommen sollte man ein Fahrrad oder das Auto benutzen . Zu Fuss zu weit und der Bus war morgens total überfüllt und es dauert ewig. An St Peter Ording ist nichts auszusetzen alles da Strand Top. Also die Wohnung war OK das Drumherum also Haus und Grundstück sehr gepflegt aber kaum zum ausspannen in Liege oder Stuhl zu nutzen.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Böhler Strands

Wir haben zu dritt eine Woche Sommerurlaub in der Wohnung gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. Allerdings wäre das Kinderzimmer für zwei Kinder schon recht eng. Das Bad ist schön groß. Die Küchenzeile ist recht klein und leider ohne Geschirrspülmaschine. Wir sind aber gut zurecht gekommen.

Es war leider nicht richtig sauber gemacht worden(Hundehaare).Die Lage war extrem weit zu jedem Strand und Lokal. Ohne Auto ist man da komplett aufgeschmissen.

Leider teilweise abgewohnt....

Die Betten gingen überhaupt nicht, zusammengestellte Holzbetten wurden einfach als Doppelbett verkauft.Am schlimmsten waren die Kopfkissen und die Decken,sowas gehört auf den Sperrmüll...,Rendite allein ist nicht alles...Die Gartenmöbel Tisch, Bänke, und Strandkorb sind total verwittert. Sehr schlimm auch die Wohnungen im DG,billiger und dünner kann man in einer Trockenbauweise nicht bauen.Keinerlei Schallschutz,man hörte wirklich alles...wie in einem Zelt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war gut,ebenso das Bad war sauber und modern.Die Holzschränke in allen Zimmern müssen erneuert,oder gerichtet werden.

Zwei gute, wie immer in SPO, lange Wege zur Sandbank in der Nähe. Busstation und ein Bäcker in der Nähe.in der Nähe.

Moin.. Wieder einmal war alles unkompliziert und gut.. Die Bilder im Inserat spiegeln nicht, was die Wohnung an Qualität hat.. Manchmal sagen Bilder eben nicht mehr als Worte..
