Die Wohnung ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage relativ zentral. Ideal für Kinder, da das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt. Spielgeräte auf dem Grundstück, Fahrradstall und Grillmöglichkeit waren ideal für unseren Urlaub.

Einfach schön!

Besonders hat uns der direkte Zugang zum Garten gefallen sowie die hochwertige, liebevolle Ausstattung. Hier wurde wirklich an kleine Details gedacht, um den Urlaub mit Kind entspannt zu gestalten (Toilettenaufsitz, Hocker,...) und auch sonst steckt viel Mühe in der Ausstattung. Hochwertige Miele-Geräte und bequeme Betten runden es ab. Ruhige Lage, auch wenn man die Straße etwas hört, dafür ist man schnell überall, inklusive zu Fuß in einem kleinen Wäldchen.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert !

Begonnen hat die Kommunikation und der Check-In über Fe-Wo super funktioniert. Die Enttäuschung begann in der Wohnung, die leider nicht sehr sauber war. Zu dem ist alles nur sehr halbherzig hergerichtet, teilweise fehlten die Glühbirnen in den Lampen, sämtliche Innentüren schließen nicht oder nur mit großem Kraftaufwand, der Wasserhahn im Bad war nicht fest, steckte nur lose im Waschbecken, die Wohnungstür lies sich auch von innen nur mit dem Schlüsser öffnen, wenn die Person mit dem Schlüssel raus geht, sind die anderen in der Wohnung gefangen. Trotz Gespräch und Besuch des Vermieters, konnte nur die Wohnungstür repariert werden, für den Rest versprach man uns eine Lösung die aber bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubes nicht mehr eintrat. ☹️. Die Lage ist ok, alles ist gut erreichbar, wobei die Bundesstraße und die Bahntrasse einen gewissen Geräschpegel hergeben. Alles in Allem finde ich es sehr schade, das hier seitens Fe-Wo kein finanzieller Einbehalt möglich ist. Ich muss 100% bezahlen, bevor die Reise startet und bekommen dann 70% Leistung … Keine Wiederholungsfaktor

Toller Urlaub bei traumhaften Nordseewetter

Die Wohnung haben wir exakt so vorgefunden wie im Internet beschrieben. Ausstattung hochwertig. Garten groß und gepflegt. Genügend Platz für 5 Personen. Etwas längerer Fußmarsch bis man letztendlich das Wasser erreicht - Bollerwagen für Kinder nicht vergessen. In Summe top und gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Größe war für uns (2 Erw+2Kinder 8+10) genau richtig. Es ist alles fußläufig (Zentrum, Bäcker, Restaurants) erreichbar. Der Garten bietet genug Platz für die Erwachsenen zum Entspannen und spielen für die Kinder. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre noch ein kleiner Gas-Grill. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Klein, aber schön

Schöne Wohnung, mich hat etwas die Nähe zur Straße und den Schienen gestört, aber ich habe auch einen sehr leichten Schlaf. Küche winzig, das war das einzige Manko. Sonst kann man es weiter empfohlenen. Eins der Schlafzimmer ist auch recht klein, aber für Kinder ist das sicher kein Problem.

Tolle, moderne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Für einen Wochenend-Trip genau das Richtige, es fehlte an nichts. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten an der Seebrücke in Bad. Einziger Nachteil ist die vielbefahrene Straße direkt neben dem Grundstück. Hat uns aber in der Nebensaison kaum gestört.

Gemütliche und moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung Amrum ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist sie perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Vor dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine schöne Terrasse, mit Strandkorb, auf der man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten ist schön angelegt und bietet viel Platz. Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer größeren Straße, von der man aber nichts mitbekommt. Durch ein kleines Waldgebiet ist man schnell im Zentrum und an der Seebrücke. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Auszeit

Schöne helle Räumlichkeiten, modern eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum ausspannen. Leider haben uns für den täglichen Bedarf einige Sachen gefehlt. Nicht ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Keine Pfanne, fehlende Gläser für Wein oder Sekt. Keine Schwämme zum spülen, zu wenige Tabs für die Spülmaschine oder ein Dosenöffner, sowie Küchenollen. Ein paar kleine Dinge die noch mehr zum wohlfühlen einladen würden.

Unsaubere Wohnung mit sehr kleinem Bad, Küche und Schlafraum.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bad, Küche und Schlafraum sehr beengt. Fußboden wurde nur gesaugt nicht aufgewaschen. Türen und Steckdosen verdreckt. Hausflur sehr dreckig. Garten war sehr gepflegt, Wohnzimmer mit Balkon war in Ordnung. Dusche sehr klein, Küche nur von einer Person zu betreten. Schlafzimmer/Bett unter Schräge völlig eingeengt, kaum nutzbar. Würden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.

Super schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war total super und es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Babybett für unsere Tochter und ein Kinderstuhl waren da, auch wenn wir dieses gar nicht erwartet haben. Besonders gemütlich sind die Betten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung total super und wir würden das Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
