Disliked: Cleanliness
Unfortunately I cannot provide a strong review for our stay. Upon arrival, our reserved parking spot could never be found (whether there wasn’t one or someone else was parked in it all week) I’m still not sure and I communicated this several times throughout the week without it getting fixed. Therefore we had to hope we could find a “visitor” parking spot for the entire week. The unit cleanliness was not great…bathrooms were dirty, the floors were not mopped or even swept very good, the counters weren’t clean to the point we spent part of our first day cleaning it ourselves. One of the burners on the stove didn’t function properly and the dishwasher barely cleaned the dishes. The beds were not comfortable (just mattresses & no box spring) so was like sleeping on a board. The sheets also had holes in them and were obviously very old. The towels that were provided for showers were very old & thin & many of them were stained. The arcade game in the unit seemed to have a mind of its own where it would work sometimes, then completely stop. The bunkbed in the one room was very unsure to say the least and the furniture overall is very old as are the kitchen cabinets. We hand cleaned many of the dishes, cups, and mugs upon arrival and after finding out the dishwasher barely worked, we just decided to buy paper plates, plastic cups and plastic silverware for the week so we didn’t have to spend time hand cleaning all the dishes. Just overall below average experience.
