Our Condo is a newly updated and decorated two-bedroom. We are located on the second floor (elevator access) of a three-story walk-up. We are part of an amazing community with two pools, fishing pier, boat launch, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a clubhouse with a game room, and a small workout center. Also, our neighborhood is walkable and extremely vibrant!


We are blocks away from The Gulf of Mexico (HELLO), Publix Grocery Store, and many restaurants and entertainment including Crabby Bills, TJ's Italian Cafe, Keegan's Seafood Grill, Slyce, Guppy's, and Caddy's (you may need to refresh with one of their margaritas during your stay)! You will also find many surf shops nearby, ice cream, and a bicycle rental location. If you are in the mood to shop boutiques the highly recommended tourist attraction, John's Pass is just a 10-minute drive down Gulf Blvd.

Our Condo is 1100 square feet with one King size bed and one queen-size bed. The primary bedroom has its own full-size bathroom, walk-in closet, and 55-inch TV. The kitchen is equipped for dining in and you will find a fresh cup of coffee every morning (granted you'll need to make it yourself-I won't be there, unfortunately). Feel free to eat at the dining room table or at the surfboard table in the sunny lanai.

Outside, you will find several shared grills at one of the 2 pools (we like to use the smaller pool when we are feeling less social and the larger pool is reserved for days when we want to mingle) There is also one assigned parking spot and additional parking is in front of the building. Coin-operated laundry is also available on-site approx. 5 units from ours.

Indian Rocks Beach offers nearly three miles of beautiful and accessible beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. The city's tourist population is one of its greatest assets, as people come from all over the world to visit Indian Rocks Beach for the city's fine beaches and to watch the beautiful sunsets. The city has 27 beach access points along Gulf Boulevard. Also found within Indian Rocks Beach are several retail businesses and quaint restaurants for your pleasure. -Visit Florida. Also, a brief drive to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Treasure Island, and Clearwater Beach.
