Excellent location, pet friendly! The Tap Room next door was a great lil spot for food and libation! Very quaint decor and nice outdoor space between buildings. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our pup Ellie was relaxed and lots of green space for dog walking. We only stayed one night for a concert at Januss Live and walked to see our favorite band Big Head Todd and the Monsters with Hazel Miller! Great Stay!

While staying at the Avalon directly after getting married, a staff member barged into mine & my new wife's room to clean without knocking or announcing herself whatsoever. A "do not disturb" door hang was hanging on the door handle. It made us very uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. While the hotel was nice, it has left us with an uneasy feeling for hotels in general.
