A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. This is mandatory. No in-person verification. No refunds for non-compliance.

PLEASE NOTE:
For your safety, please be aware that the pool, spa, and pool deck are closed from dusk to dawn. A sign above the entry gate will read POOL CLOSED when the area is off-limits. If the sign is lit, the pool is closed, and guests should not enter. Anyone inside during closed hours will be asked to leave.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. The spa remains open and available for guest use. Please note that amenities are subject to availability and occasional maintenance, which is managed by the resort, and we do not have control over unexpected closures or repairs.

Annual palm tree trimming is scheduled for February 18th. We will try to eliminate as much as possible any interruption to your visit.
TO EVERYONE!!!
PLEASE DO NOT PARK your vehicle in first four spaces near the trees in the parking lot.
As they trim the trees some limbs could fall and damage your vehicle, so please make sure you move your vehicle away from the trees by 8am February 18th.
