Condo outdated

The condo is outdated and they need change a lot of light bulbs and carpet is dirty. Front door deadbolt lock doesn’t feel safe when locked.

Beautiful Beach, Needs Update

Beds are comfortable, Beach access & view are great. Bird sanctuary next door stinks. Couldn’t sit on porch due to stench. Kitchen is not well equipped for cooking family-sized meals. Front bedrooms smell musty. Definitely needs to be updated.

Great location

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was in a great location. We loved the condo but it does need some updates. Our suggestions to the owners are: Need blackout curtains in the two front bedrooms instead of the blinds since some of the blinds were broken at the bottom and you can see inside the room from outside. Need a new sofa/loveseat as they are worn out and sit to low to the ground especially for the elders. Also need taller toilets to make it easier to get off. The vanity in the master bathroom needs to be repaired because the bottom is about to fall out. The view from the balcony was beautiful Over all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.
