Great location of complex as it's right across from access to beach. Condo is an end unit (which we liked) in "Building C" and close to the pool. Super clean when we arrived and was perfect for just the two of us. Great communication with owner. Normally wouldn't watch TV, but since it was March Madness, nice the owner had cable service (which not many do in our experience) and caught up on some games. Overall very pleased!

The location of the property is excellent. Easy access to the beach and pool. We arrived to find a non-functioning kitchen. There was no hot water and low water pressure at the kitchen sink, a plugged drain and broken disposal. We are convinced that the owner was aware of the issues but failed to resolve it before we arrived. There was an offer to make the needed repairs halfway thru our stay. We refused due to the amount of time needed. We would have expected some credit back due to the inconvenience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend a stay in this unit!

This was a perfect place for our short fall getaway. We loved how close the beach was, the beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway, the beautiful pool area, and all the restaurant options along Gulf Boulevard. It was also close to the airport. The villa was clean, comfortable and exactly as the pictures show. The only slight inconvenience was no laundry facilities in the villa. The floor shares a community, must pay, laundry area. It would not deter us from coming back.

I really liked this unit at Barefoot Beach. The decore was fun, the furnishing top notch and the layout was so good. Our host provided all the expected items to make our use of the space work well. It's good to see all the progress happening at Indian Shores, FL. Oh, and the beach was in very great shape too. The beach wedding went off without any issues.

Beach Get Away

This propert is pristine! Well decorated, clean, stocked kitchen and directly across from Indian Rocks Beach. Complex has a great pool with a view of the intercostal. A few miles from Madiera Beach at Johns Pass with a lot of restaraunt & bar choices as well as excursion availability. Contacted the owner a few times, she was very quick to respond. Great stay!

This property was well equipped and worked well for us. Could use a little more storage area to put all your clothes away during your stay but other than that we pleased with the property. The pool is fantastic!

Yearly and Quiet vacation

My sister (from Missouri) and I (from Georgia) meet for a week vacation every year. This year we decided to stay in Indian Shores, where we had previously stayed. Although we had always chosen nice places, this condo was beautiful. It was very quiet and very accessible to everything. It was very clean and had a sunny and cheerful feeling. The kitchen had all necessary utensils. It also had beach towels and chairs. Communication with Mila was great. Our stay was wonderful and we will be staying there again.Thank you Mila!

A great weekend!

Mila's home was even better than described. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the apartment and the overall accommodations, grounds of the property, pool, closeness to the beach. Everyone we met was lovely. It was a great long weekend, we will definitely be back!

My family and I had the best time at Barefoot Beach Resort. It had everything I was looking for: easy beach access, pool, and vibrant beach decor! It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay to make it our home away from home! The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. Wonderful trip to Indian shores for new years!

The condo was exactly as explained. Such a beautiful place inside and out. We were right on the ICW and across the street from the beach. Mila was very nice and very accommodating. It was really nice to have beach chairs for our use. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The bed and furniture was very comfy! We will definitely be back!
