Our room was not clean. The floor looked unswept and I hate to say it but I don't think they changed the sheets. There was orange something on the sheets but we didn't realize until morning and had already slept in the bed. So that was very disappointing. The front desk lady was 5 star and so were the vallet guys overall 4 out 5 expy

Great location. Not on ocean, but a very short walk across street and you are there. Free champagne at checkin. No free breakfast but the food is delicious and VERY reasonable. Rooms are very clean, as is property. Lots to walk to right around the property

The only downfall of this property was the parking, we got charge $25 night to park, however it's strickly valet only, so everytime we went to out car, or came back, we obligated to tip valet, therefore leaving the hotel mutiple times can be super costly. $15-20 extra in tip on top of the parking fee. It was kinda ridiculous.

Loved it! Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were looking for a balcony to watch the dolphins and they found us a room! The roof top is a must! Go up and watch the sunset and you also get a sunset shot, also try the drink in a coconut. So delicious! Also, beach is very close walk. You can rent chairs & umbrella on the beach! Check out Farbotta’s so good! Also went to the beach bar, all within walking distance. We will definitely recommend to friends.

We love Mad beach and have been staying in a condo for the month of January. To go in the Summer and stay here was perfect. So many drink/eat/beach/pool options were perfect. Highly recommend.

The hotel is stunning with lots of amenities. Beds were cozy and the room was nice. The pool was warm and felt amazing! Hot tub was down. Mold on the shower curtain and we had to ask for our room to be tended to. Otherwise the best part were the valet guys! Food was good but breakfast stops at 10:30 am

Our toilet clogged for no reason, it took 3 requests to have towels brought up. Food at rooftop bar was awful. They don't clean your room daily. Ick

The staff was all a 10/10, the food was great, the rooftop was a blast with amazing views. We were greeted with champagne upon arrival, 100% recommend, we WILL be back!

The waitstaff at the bar were non attentive and seemed annoyed to be working. The food was decent. The chicken wings were very overcooked. Our hotel room had a tv that didn’t wok and their only solution was to move us at 930pm. They didn’t even attempt to fix it. So I assume they were aware of the problem already. Plus the room was extremely warm. The AC barely worked. This is our second time to this hotel and our first time was incredible, but it has definitely gone down in appearance, Service, and all around care of the hotel
