We are locals who stayed here during our termite tenting. The rooms are super clean with all the amenities you need. The hosts are lovely people and we had a great time here. It was a very cute cottage! Enough room for one or two people. No elevator and many stairs (just 3 steps) Pleasant courtyard and right by the beach - 2 blocks - at the end of the streets. Definitely, I will stay there again...and free parking which is important by the beach.
