Charming Cottage in Dunedin close to beaches

Welcome to paradise! Come stay in an adorable, fully renovated cottage in the best location for all of what Dunedin has to offer. With your own entrance and backyard, there is plenty of privacy for you to enjoy while on your trip. Located less than 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport as well as only a few minutes from Dunedin Causeway, Honeymoon Island beach, Caladesi Island and downtown Dunedin, there will be no shortage of things to do during your stay.


The space
Our cottage is a very large mother-in-law suite with its own entrance and private backyard with seating. The bedroom has a queen bed with a very large closet and a 55 inch TV. The living room is equipped with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and has a 65 inch TV. The bathroom includes a shower/tub.

Guest access
You'll be able to access the door to your own apartment and the bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, and back yard access. The shed in the backyard is not available for guest use. You will have access to parking for one vehicle in the driveway.

Located in a central location. 25 minutes from the Tampa International Airport, 16 mins from St Pete/Clearwater International Airport. 6 minutes to Dunedin Causeway, 10 mins to Honeymoon Island, 10 minutes to downtown Dunedin and 6 minutes to downtown Palm Harbor. Clearwater Beach is 22 minutes away. Downtown Tampa 32 minutes away. 3 minutes to publix and all amenities. All timings shown are without traffic.

Adorable and very clean cozy cottage! It was just for my sister and I- and my daughter came down for long weekend, perfect size! We surely recommend this vrbo to anyone - such a great location to everything- 10 minutes to Phillies spring training (which we did 3x), beaches and restaurants! Great correspondence with owners too! We loved it! ❤️

Lovely home away from home

The property was beautifully decorated with a Florida beachy theme. The bed was s extremely comfortable, with convenient dresser and side tables. Bed linens and towels were top notch and luxurious. This property is ideally located near many points of interest, so there are a ton of options nearby. The hosts were delightful and I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Enjoy a break at this wonderful property!

Relaxing (and Charming indeed!) overnight stay.

An excellent place to stay, the Charming cottage was clean and quiet, and felt very home-like. Especially enjoyed little back-yard nook with a patio table (where we sat outside to eat breakfast). Great kitchen set-up, a hot shower, and soft pillows too. Our hosts were helpful and pleasant at check-in (we had a few questions), and it was reassuring knowing they were right next door if needed. The place was easy to find, in a good neighborhood, and safe. Thanks!

Just what I needed!

The Charming Cottage in Dunedin, FL property was spot on. The location was ideal for all my needs while in town to assist with hurricane relief and visiting close friends and family. The nicest place to stay that is close to Honeymoon Island!!

The minute we arrived we knew this place was going to be special. The place is spotless with all new appliances. The host and hostess seem like such great folks…very accommodating! Minutes from Honeymoon Island and the beaches. We used Uber at night to go downtown to have dinner…price was minimal. We just cannot say enough good things about our experience at The Cottage! We will definitely be choosing this little slice of heaven first when trying to find accommodations in Dunedin! Joyce R

Super quaint & quiet

Loved my stay at the Cottage. Angel is a great host and a talented decorator! Didn't hear the hosts at all during my 10 day stay except for when they were working in the adjacent garage one day (during the day..) The apartment is well equipped with a super comfy bed and pillows, high quality sheets and plus towels. You won't regret your stay I promise! Just be sure to give Angel a heads up ahead of time if you are sensitive to perfumes so she doesn't put the air freshener in the ventilation system
