The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Load up the kayaks or paddleboards from the garage and use the onsite launch or enjoy the heated pool. To visit the beach, load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and take a quick 3-minute walk to the beach.
This spacious condo features an open-concept layout with plush sofa and smart TV for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal prep, with a dining table for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The oversized primary suite offers abundant natural light, coastal décor, a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and TV, making it ideal for families or groups.
