Welcome to paradise. This home is a haven less than two blocks from the white sand of Indian Rocks Beach and RIGHT on the intercoastal.

Cozy and beautifully appointed, once you're inside, you can tune out the rest of the world, and dolphin and bird-watch from the sunroom or private deck. Or, open the front door and walk to your choice of six restaurants, CVS, a brew pub, CrossFit, convenience store, surf shops - all in under 5 minutes.

All the comforts of home, and then some, in a compact and brand-new package. **This house was renovated down to the studs in late 2024**

A water view from the sunroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2nd bedroom. Watch the dolphins, pelicans, herons, cormorants, and seagulls while enjoying your morning coffee, having an afternoon siesta in the hammock, or relaxing with an evening cocktail under the palm trees and the festive dock lights.

- Turf yard for year-round, green, easy-on-the-feet access to the fully fenced backyard
- Parking for two vehicles
- 45-foot dock
- Managed trash and recycling pickup

Dogs are welcome for an additional $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cats at this time. Please note that Indian Rocks Beach does not allow dogs on the beach.

Sara is an excellent and accommodating host. The home was just the thing for us, very clean and within a very short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. There is a small dog-friendly park a few blocks away.

Great location & beautiful property.

Perfect Getaway

What a treat this was for me and my mom for a Mothers Day getaway! I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail needed for a comfortable staycation. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. It was top notch! Squeaky clean, classy, quiet, and close to restaurants and the beach! I cant wait to return!
