We did a 4 night stay here. Nice rooms. New place but basically no amenities. They were having a grand opening in February so the restaurant wasn’t open. No breakfast included and had to pay $20 a night for parking. No maid service unless we asked them to remove the garbage. Didn’t replace towels either. Wish I would’ve have read the description a little better. Our room was very nice, faced the marina and had a balcony. Too cold to use the pool.

Rooms are great, clean and beautiful. Good choice on the clean crisp white and gray colors chosen. Housekeeping was great as well. Have stayed here several times. MELISSA (bartender) at bar is amazing!!! Great personality and makes conversations fun to stay for food and drink.

We had a great stay at Charthouse Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained. Although the weather was a bit chilly and not ideal for the beach, we still had a wonderful time. The location is excellent—walking distance to restaurants, and the beach is just a few walks across. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, and being on the top floor made it even more serene. Our room had a true resort feel and was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The pool by the marina is a lovely spot, especially to catch a beautiful sunset. We did have a minor issue with our room key, but the staff fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Staff was astounding, room was clean and spacious, the view of the marina from the balcony was a great spot to watch the sunrise every morning as well as all the fun boats that come in and out. My family comes to Clearwater beach once a year and this is by far the best hotel. We loved the location as well, tucked into the southern corner of the beach just a couple blocks away from the pier. Parking is not included in your stay and is $20 a day, but the parking structure is just across a street which is not busy at all and the structure itself was air-conditioned. Highly recommend for any couples. Heated pool has access to a bar which was competitively priced for the area. Take advantage of the lower-than-average pricing while you can because this new hotel wont stay the best kept secret on Clearwater Beach for long.

We came in from Texas for weekend, and after searching hotel's for weeks, we choose this one. It was a great choice. Very nice hotel, great location. Right by everything, goos bars and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, and the all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Where to start? The location was perfect considering that it’s less than 2 minutes from the beach and also it’s secluded from the main busy area. The hotel and rooms were spotless and completely remodeled. It’s contemporary and modern style is definitely one of the better places I have stayed at. Bed was great and everything smelled brand new and fresh. The only thing was that they didn’t have breakfast available but it’s coming soon. Parking was also just across the street in garage. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable. I would definitely return to this place.
