The location was excellent. The pool was excellent. The view was great! However, the furniture was outdated, uncomfortable, falling apart and the couch was very worn and dirty! The chair on the porch had broken straps. The large black spot on the living room rug was inexcusable. You should throw out all the furniture and start over. It is very old. The towels were so thin .. I’ve never seen towels that thin. The sheets and a blanket on one of the twin beds needed to be washed because they smelled. The twin bed creaks loudly when you try to sleep in it .. would wake you up. Mattresses were not comfortable. There was black mold on the vents in the rooms, the front storm door, the door to the balcony. As you can imagine, for what we paid, we were VERY disappointed! We have stayed in that area 3 times before and rented from owners of the properties and never experienced anything like this. This condo needs attention. I am so glad we were not staying any longer and we would definitely not return.
